One place for the events that shape your time

More than a calendar. More than a reminder list.

Plan ahead, manage repeating commitments, organize by category, and keep a record of important past events—all in the same app.

01 · EVENTS + REMINDERS

Use the right kind of time.

Create a simple reminder for a single moment, or add an end time when the item is a true event with a duration. Both live together in the same LifeEvents timeline.

02 · RECURRING LIFE

Repeat it the way life actually repeats.

Create one-time, daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and yearly items for birthdays, anniversaries, appointments, bills, routines, and more.

03 · PAST + FUTURE

See what is next—and what came before.

Future Events keeps upcoming plans in focus, while Past Events gives you a chronological record of the things that already happened.

04 · ORGANIZE YOUR WAY

Find the right events without losing the big picture.

Use categories, multi-category filters, repeat filters, Calendar and Year Overview, Someday, search, and All / Events / Reminders views to focus on exactly what you need.

Designed around real life

Capture it.
Organize it. Keep it.

LifeEvents is built for plans, reminders, routines, and important moments—whether you type them, speak them, import them, or decide to save them for later.

STEP 01

Capture

Add a dated event, a recurring reminder, or something for Someday. Use Siri or voice input when speaking is easier than typing.

STEP 02

Organize

Use categories, multi-category filtering, repeat filters, search, notifications, Calendar, Year Overview, Future, Past, and Someday to see your information the way you want.

STEP 03

Keep

Import existing reminders, export selected LifeEvents when needed, and keep past events as part of a personal timeline instead of treating everything as disposable.

Help when you need it

Privacy, explained plainly

Your personal timeline should stay personal.

LifeEvents is local-first. Your event history remains on your device unless you choose a feature that exports, shares, imports, or uses an optional connected service.

The essentials

LifeEvents is designed with privacy in mind. Your event and reminder data is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose an export, share, import, or connected feature.

  • We do not require account creation to use the app.
  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • LifeEvents export and sharing actions happen only when you choose them.
  • Notification permissions are optional and controlled by you.
AI voice disclosure

Off until you choose. Optional by design.

In LifeEvents versions released after 1.6, LifeEvents asks for permission before its first cloud AI attempt. LifeEvents first uses available on-device processing. If a request needs cloud AI assistance, you decide whether the request may be sent. You can change your choice at any time in Preferences.

AI-assisted Siri and voice interpretation

In LifeEvents versions released after 1.6, LifeEvents first uses available on-device processing to interpret a request. This may include Apple Intelligence when available and the LifeEvents on-device parser. Before the first cloud AI attempt, LifeEvents asks for permission and explains what information may be sent. If permission is granted and a request cannot be understood with sufficient confidence on the device, LifeEvents may securely use its cloud AI service to interpret the request.

Information used by the AI fallback

Only after you give permission, LifeEvents may send the transcribed words, current date and time, and your time zone when cloud AI assistance is needed.

LifeEvents does not attach your name, email address, a LifeEvents account, an advertising identifier, or your existing events, reminders, and calendar history to the AI request. Firebase App Check verifies that the request came from the authentic LifeEvents app; it is not used by LifeEvents to identify you as a person. The words you speak may themselves contain personal details that you choose to provide, and network providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the request.

Firebase services

After permission is granted and cloud AI assistance is needed, LifeEvents uses Firebase services to help protect and securely route the request. Firebase App Check helps verify that requests are coming from the authentic LifeEvents app. Simply launching LifeEvents does not initialize the AI request or send your event or reminder history to the AI service.

How to change your choice

In LifeEvents versions released after 1.6, open Preferences and use Use AI for Voice Input to enable or disable cloud AI assistance. When this setting is off, LifeEvents uses only available on-device interpretation for these voice requests.

Exports, sharing, and permissions

If you use export or sharing features, you are responsible for how and where exported data is stored, shared, or sent. Device permissions, including notification and microphone access, are optional and remain under your control through device settings.
